Minnesota All-Stars is an elite, travel-based competitive dance program bringing together dancers from across the state to train and compete at the highest level of All-Star dance. This program is designed to mirror the intensity, structure, and team culture of collegiate dance teams.

Team size will vary by age division and style. Our goal is to build strong, competitive teams, not overfill rosters.

Not all dancers will make every routine, and placements will be based on skill level, performance quality, and overall team fit.

Dancers may be selected for one or more of the following:

• Hip-Hop

• Jazz

• Pom

• Lyrical / Contemporary

Each team is selected individually, meaning dancers may compete in different combinations of styles.

Minnesota All-Stars is a high-commitment, competitive program. Dancers are expected to:

• Attend all rehearsals and competitions

• Be focused, respectful, and coachable

• Maintain strong work ethic and positive team attitude

• Commit fully to the season schedule

This is a team environment built on accountability, growth, and excellence.

Practice schedules will vary slightly by team, but families can expect:

• 1–2 practices per week per routine

• Additional rehearsals closer to competitions

• Possible weekend intensives or choreography days

A full schedule will be released after team selections.

All practices will be held at Dance Esteem Studios (primary location), with occasional additional rehearsals or intensives as needed at local venues, studios and gyms in Minnesota.

The Minnesota All-Stars will compete:

• Locally and regionally throughout the months of March, April, May and June

• Nationally at select premier events

→ Opportunity to earn a bid to Worlds

Championship Event (if qualified):
